下地に飲み残したインスタントコーヒーやまだ煮出せる紅茶のパックをつかったり、そこにライターで火をつけ炙るような行為も行いました。下地で遊んでみたことがこれまでなかったので、楽しかったです。日常の記憶や体験をもとに制作を行なっているので、より『日常を生きる』という部分との繋がりを直接的にした表現する手法をこれからも探求しつづけるきっかけとなった作品です。この機会にぜひ直接お手に取って、様々な画材や材料を組み合わせた独特な風合いをお楽しみください。
For the ground, I used leftover instant coffee that I had not finished drinking, as well as tea bags that could still be brewed further. I also experimented with actions such as setting parts of the surface alight with a lighter and scorching it.
I had never played with the ground in this way before, so the process was enjoyable. Since my practice is based on everyday memories and experiences, this work became an opportunity for me to continue exploring methods of expression that more directly connect with the act of “living the everyday.”
